SHIPPING POLICY
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Once your order is processed, it is prepared and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment center.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
Delayed or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team:
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the original purchase date, please contact us so we can assist you with a resolution.
Please note: This policy does not cover delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout or missed delivery attempts.
RETURNS & REFUND GUARANTEE
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Send a replacement as quickly as possible
All return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery, and items must be in original condition and packaging.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For non-defective items that are returned in 100% original condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
Once your return request is approved:
- A return label will be provided
- Your refund will be processed after inspection
- The refund will be issued minus the 30% restocking fee
All returns must:
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Be requested within 15 days of delivery
NutriSyn Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside of this return window.
