SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our Shipping Policy to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is received.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume periods or promotional events.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times typically include:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
• International Shipping: delivery times vary by destination
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription products are automatically billed and shipped according to the delivery schedule selected at checkout.
Customers can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through their account portal or by contacting customer support.
Orders already processed for shipment may not be canceled until delivery is completed.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES & RETURNED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is entered correctly.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
NutriSyn Wellness is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or stolen once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with resolution, please provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product
• Photos of the packaging
Approved claims may qualify for replacement or store credit.
SHIPPING DURING PROMOTIONS & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS
During sales events, product launches, or peak seasons, order processing and shipping times may be extended.
HEALTH & SAFETY NOTICE
Certain health and safety regulations may affect shipping availability in some regions.
We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipping to certain locations where required by law.
