Return and Refund Policy

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will send you a return label as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness journey. However, due to the nature of ingestible products, we have specific safety protocols:

  • Health & Wellness Safety: For safety and quality control, opened health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.


  • Unopened Items: Unworn, unwashed, or unopened merchandise in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of the original order date.


  • Restocking Fee: For non-defective items returned in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee.


  • Defective/Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect supplement, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item immediately.


  • How to Start a Return:

    1. Email {INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS} with your Name, Order Number, and a picture of the product.

    2. Our team will review your request and provide feedback within 24-48 hours.

    3. If approved, we will provide a return label. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address.

REFUND EXCEPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • Address Errors: We do not offer refunds if a customer enters the wrong shipping address. If the order is returned to us, you may choose to pay a reshipping fee.

  • Order Cancellations: Because our fulfillment team works quickly to get your supplements to you, we can only cancel or modify orders within the first 12 hours after purchase.

  • Clearance: Items sold on clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or refund
