NutriSyn Wellness Subscription Terms and Conditions

These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of subscription products (“Subscription Products”) from NutriSyn Wellness (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up for a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to subscribe. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Subscription Overview

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize NutriSyn Wellness to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency selected at checkout (e.g., monthly).

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel prior to your next billing date.

3. Payment Terms

a. Automatic Billing:
By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for all recurring subscription fees on each billing cycle.

b. Price Changes:
We may update subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified in advance of any changes. Continued use of your subscription constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

c. Failed Payments:
If a payment cannot be processed, we may retry the payment or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully completed.

4. Free Trials and Promotions (if applicable)

Any promotional offers or free trials are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated.

If not canceled before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and be billed accordingly.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Subscription orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times and shipping fees are provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Subscription products are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed
• You are responsible for all charges up until the time of cancellation

⚠️ Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplement products cannot be returned.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
